Brief facts of the case are that against auction sale took place on 12.8.1980 in respect to Khasara nos.1653, 1600, 1661 & 1651 proceeding under Rule 285-I of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Rules, 1952 (hereinafter referred to as "U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Rules" was initiated at the instance of petitioner which was heard and dismissed vide order dated 10.5.1982.
