The petitioners are hardly affected by the order impugned in the sense that the objections were filed by respondent no. 6, Namesh, which were rejected as not maintainable. An appeal was carried by respondent no. 6 to the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, which too has been held barred by time and not maintainable and, therefore, dismissed.
