The order impugned dated 2nd September, 2024 is one passed by the Consolidation Officer which is appealable under Section 11 of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 before the Settlement Officer of Consolidation. Any order passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation is further revisable before the Deputy Director of Consolidation. 3. In these circumstances, it is difficult to entertain this petition on account of there being an equally efficacious alternative remedy under the hierarchy provided in the statute. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed on
