The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the respondents to issue the joining letter of the petitioner in the Constable (GD) in CAPFS Examination-2022 and give them (petitioner) opportunity in selection. Further prayer is made to direct the respondents to expedite the Forensic Examination and to address the laboratory to send the forensic reports at the earliest. 3.
