This writ petition has been directed against the judgment/ order dated 03.06.2015 passed by the State Public Services Tribunal, Lucknow in Claim Petition No. 1703 of 2014. 2. From the impugned judgment passed by the Tribunal it is evident that the claim petition was directed against a censure entry awarded on 21.05.2013. The claim petition was allowed meaning thereby that the censure entry in view of the judgment rendered by the Tribunal was to be ignored for all service benefits which might have accrued to the respondent-employee during the intervening period. At this stage, we find that censure entry as per the government orders applicable in this behalf has lost its relevance after expiry of five years period and cannot be read against the respondent employee beyond such a time limit. 3.
