Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 07.12.20241 and also directing the respondent authorities to pay the entire retiral dues along with 12 % interest as well as release the pension in favour of the petitioner within some stipulated period. b).
