The impugned judgment passed by the Tribunal is well reasoned and taking into account all aspects of the matter we do not see any error apparent on the face at par with the Tribunal that apart the censure entry with the passage of time has also lost relevance for it looses its effect with the passage of five years from the date of order. 4. We do not find any pleadings which may show that the cause survives till date or any prejudice which may have been caused to the petitioner during the operation of censure punishment being brought to light in the pleadings. 5.
