Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to consider the regularization of the petitioners under 35% quota under Rule 5 of the U.P. Collection Amins Rules, 1974, within stipulated period. II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to consider the grievance/claim of the petitioners which is lying pending before the respondent no.3 since long back after following the due process prescribed under the law, within stipulated period as specified by this Court."
