Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent no.4 to pass an appropriate order on the representation dated 05.11.2024 submitted by the petitioner in respect of appointment on the post of Aganwadi Karyakarti for the post of Aganwadi Sahayika in pursuance of Government Order dated 21.03.2023. " Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of her grievance, petitioner has filed representation dated 05.11.2024 before respondent No.4, but no decision has been taken till date.
