Hon'ble Neeraj Tiwari,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submitted that for the same relief, petitioner has earlier filed a writ petition being Writ-A No. 4040 of 2019 which has been disposed of vide order dated 14.03.2019 without granting any relief and leaving it to the petitioner to apply for appointment on compassionate grounds and in case such an application is made it shall always be open to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner in accordance with the provision of the 1974 Rule with due notice to the widow of the deceased government servant. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts and submitted that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
