Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that marriage of the daughter of the petitioner is fixed on 14.02.2025 and he is permitted to retain the house in question on 31.03.2025, for which, he shall pay penal rent and electricity etc, if required. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has opposed the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that once the petitioner has retired from service, he should vacate the house in question immediately. 5.
