Present petition has been filed seeking for the following reliefs:- "(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to sanction & pay the salary of medical leave period since 17.07.1998 to 21.09.1998 (67 days). (II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the first promotional pay scale after 14 years of service on the post of District Program Officer in pay scale of Rs. 8,000-Rs.13,500 (old) since 25.05.2001 for which she is entitled. (III) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant 2nd ACP since 01.12.2008 in pay grade of Rs. 6,000/- at the level 11.
