Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection and submitted that petitioner is only complainant and has no right to institute the present writ petition. He further submitted that as per law settled by the Apex Court in service dispute only aggrieved person can file petition and complainant has no right to file present petition and petitioner is not the person aggrieved, therefore, petition is not maintainable and liable to be dismissed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts and submitted that present petition may be dismissed as not pressed 4.
