Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to respondent no. 2 to direct the respondent no. 3 to adjust/accommodate to the petitioner at the post of Staff Nurse in place of death Govt. Servant i.e. her mother. " 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner may be permitted to move fresh representation before respondent No.2.
