Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.N. Rai, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. Sri P.N. Rai, learned counsel for the respondents has raised preliminary objection and submitted that against the railway, petitioner has remedy to file Original Application before the Central Administrative Tribunal. He further pointed out that representation of the petitioner has also been rejected by the respondent authorities vide order dated 1.4.2015, which is not under challenge, therefore, on both the grounds, petition is not maintainable and liable to be dismissed. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be granted liberty to challenge the order dated 1.4.2015 before the Central Administrative Tribunal. 4.
