Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 20.1.2025, learned Standing Counsel has produced the instruction dated 22.1.2025, which is taken on record. On the basis of instruction, he submitted that charge sheet dated 18.10.2024 has been served through speed post and it was received by mother of petitioner on 22.1.2025. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he shall submit the reply of charge sheet dated 18.10.2024 within one week from today and suitable direction may be issued to enquiry officer to complete the enquiry at the earliest. 4. Under such facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to petitioner to submit reply to the charge sheet dated 18.10.2024 within one week from today alongwith certified copy of the order.
