This petition has been filed by the petitioners aggrieved of the order dated 13.08.2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad, whereby the Tribunal, while coming to the conclusion that the revision effected by the petitioners was not in accordance with the principles of natural justice and the whole exercise was carried out in an improper and arbitrary manner, set aside the impugned order dated 24.08.2020 and ordered for refund of the amount recovered alongwith interest @ 6% per annum. Further directions were given that petitioners would be free to pass a fresh order after granting adequate opportunity of hearing to the respondent and further ordered that no recovery shall be made from the respondent in view of law laid down in State of Punjab and others Vs. Rafiq Masih (White Washer) etc.: (2015) 4 SCC 334. 2. Learned A.S.G.I.
