Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The impugned order has been assailed on the ground that the tribunal proceeded to pass an ex-parte order. 3. On a perusal of the judgment impugned herein, it is gathered that the tribunal has clearly recorded absence on the part of the learned counsel for the petitioner despite notice. 4. Be that as it may, without commenting anything on the merit of the case, we leave it open to the petitioner to make an application before the tribunal for review/recall of the impugned judgement so that his right of hearing is provided as per requirements of law.
