Pursuant to order dated 23.01.2025, Sri Om Prakash Gupta, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3 produced instruction along with letter dated 29.01.2025, which is taken on record. 3. As per letter dated 29.01.2025, amount of Rs. 2,19,362/- has never been recovered, therefore, there is no occasion to refund the same. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts and submitted that petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 5. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
