Present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(I) Issue an order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authorities to consider the grievance of petitioner about providing service book and pay fixation so that the petitioner may get all benefit of Government Service within stipulated period." 3. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.12.2024, learned Standing Counsel has produced the instruction dated 5.2.2025, which is taken on record. As per instruction, now service book of petitioner has been reconstructed and further action is being taken for payment of one increment in salary alongwith arrears. 4.
