This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners aggrieved of the order dated 03.01.2023 whereby the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad has allowed the Original Application filed by the respondent and has made observations pertaining to the period of dies non in accordance with the instructions noticed in the order. 2. The writ petition has been filed on 22.01.2025. When counsel for the petitioners was asked for the reasons for challenging the order after two years, submissions were made that he would file an additional affidavit in this regard. 3.
