Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorai quashing the impugned letter dated 26.07.2024 issued by the respondent no.4 only with respect to two posts out of 10 posts made available for being filled up by promotion. ii). Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to promote the petitioners on the posts of Assistant Engineer (Civil) pursuant to the D.P.C. list dated 28.06.2008 at the earliest in accordance with law and to further take all consequential decisions flowing therefrom."
