Pursuant to order dated 24.9.2024, affidavits have been filed and further, amount of gratuity of Rs. 8,41,672/- has been paid to the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out that 10% of gratuity amount of Rs. 1,14,234/- has yet not been paid by respondent no. 4. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 4 to pay the remaining amount of Rs. 1,14,234/- to the petitioner maximum within period of four weeks from the date of submission of certified copy of this order. In case of any legal impediment, respondent no. 4 shall pass reasoned order within the same time disclosing the reasons for non payment of amount.
