Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 28.08.2024 issued by the respondent District Development Officer, Azamgarh whereby future increment year 2025 of the petitioner has withheld casually and recovery of Rs. 240,000/- has been imposed upon the petitioner otherwise the applicant/ petitioner shall suffer an irreparable loss and injury." 3. Apart from many other arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that impugned order has passed without considering the reply of petitioner dated 8.4.2024. He pointed out that no reason has been assigned as to why reply of petitioner is not acceptable, therefore, impugned order is bad and liable to be set aside. 4.
