Hon'ble Neeraj Tiwari,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for respondents. 2. Present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "A). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to regularize the service of petitioner as a driver or to pay the petitioner at least minimum pay scale of regular driver or to pay the petitioner at least minimum wages." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed representation dated 6.5.2024 before respondent No. 2, but till date no decision has been taken. Lastly, it is submitted that a direction may be issued to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid representation within a stipulated time, for which learned standing counsel has no objection. 4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent
