This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad to decide the contempt petition filed by the petitioner with expedition. 2. Submissions have been made the Tribunal had passed order dated 12.04.2024, requiring the respondents to consider grant of ACP/MACP to the petitioner and it was directed that the said exercise would be completed within a period of three months. As the needful was not done, the petitioner filed contempt application before the Tribunal wherein the Tribunal came to the conclusion that prima facie the case of non-compliance was made out and ordered for issuance of the notices. Though appearance has been made on behalf of the respondents, time is being sought and now the next date fixed is 04.03.2025 before the T
