Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that present petition has been filed against internal communication seeking approval of inquiry against petitioner and till date, no order has been passed against him, therefore, present petition is premature and is liable to be dismissed. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid fact and submitted that present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition. 4. Under such facts of the case, writ petition is dismissed as premature with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition, in case, any adverse order is passed against him after considering his reply.
