By means of the instant Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners-(i) State of U.P. and (ii) Director of Basic Education have challenged the validity of the judgment and order dated 31.01.2024 passed by the State Public Services Tribunal, U.P. in Claim Petition No. 1365 of 2023.
