In compliance of order of this Court dated 28.11.2024, learned Standing Counsel has filed personal affidavit of Secretary, Department of Finance, Govt. of U.P. Lucknow, which is taken on record. 3. Learned Standing Counsel informed that now the amount of leave encasement as well as 90% amount of GPF has been paid to petitioner and further letter has been written to Accountant General for payment of remaining 10% GPF amount, therefore, under such facts and circumstances, petition has become infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
