This petition is directed against the order dated 13.03.2024 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Allahabad Bench, Allahabad whereby the Original Application filed by the petitioner has been dismissed as barred by limitation. 2. The O.A. was filed by the petitioner seeking relief as claimed. Then, alongwith O.A., M.A. was filed seeking condonation of delay. It appears that response to the said M.A. was filed and served on the counsel for the petitioner on 18.03.2020, however, no rejoinder was filed and when the matter came up before the Tribunal, as nobody appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the Tribunal rejected the application seeking condonation of delay and, consequently, dismissed the O.A. as time barred. 3.
