It is stated that no action has been taken with a view to remove the encroachments by the official respondents. 2. We dispose of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Collector, Annamaiah District, who shall pass appropriate orders and take necessary action to redress the grievance of the petitioner if there are any encroachments made by the private respondents.
