GP FOR REVENUE (AP) The Court made the following order: Challenging the preliminary notification issued by the 2nd respondent form VI (a) under Section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (Act No.30 of 2013) vide Ref.G4/497/2019, dated 05.03.2020, whereby and whereunder the land of the 1st petitioner of an extent of Ac.3.51 cents situated in Sy.No.3 and the land of the 2nd petitioner of an extent of Ac.3.29 cents in Sy.No.12 of Someswaram Village, Rayavaram Mandal, East Godavari District is sought to be acquired for House sites to the poor under ‘Navarathnalu- Pedalandariki Illu’ Scheme, the present writ petition is filed. 2.
