Heard Sri Ponnada Sree Vyas, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 3. It is represented that the subject lands is the patta lands of the petitioners. During the course of assigning cites in respect of the subject land in favour of the Navaratnalu-Pedalandariki Illu scheme, respondents are highhandedly interfering with the possession of the petitioners’ land.
