Being aggrieved by the action of the respondents, in proposing to assign the petitioners’ lands in an extent of Ac.1.10 cents, Ac.0.61 cents, Ac.0.61 cents in Sy. No.31/6 and 133 of Baduguvanilanka Village of Alamuru Mandal, East Godavari District, and in order to allot the same to the 2 beneficiaries of the scheme viz, “Navaratnalu Pedalandiriki Illu”, the instant Writ Petition is filed. 3. During the course of the arguments, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record a copy of the i
