Heard M/s.Ramesh Babu Talluri, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. 2 3. It is contended that the subject land is a patta land of the petitioner, for installing a statue in the said premises and for allotting the same as house sites, the respondents are trying to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over subject land. 4.
