The learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent bank submits that cause in the writ petition would not survive, as the petitioners are challenging the notification of the 3rd respondent bank, dated 04.09.2011. 3. It is submitted by the learned Standing counsel that the recruitment in pursuance of the notification is complete, and as such, the petitioners cannot challenge the notification after 2 recruitment is over. The petitioners have, therefore, lost the right to seek relief on this matter. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismiss
