Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the amount was deposited within the time prescribed. 3. On a perusal of the order, dated 15.03.2022, it can be seen that the Court had observed that there was no regular presiding officer in the Debts Recovery Tribunal at Visakhapatnam and that was perhaps the reason why the Court was inclined to direct the maintenance of status quo. 4. However, since there is a presiding officer available in the Debts Recovery Tribunal whic
