Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor could not say, as to whether the petitioner has been shown as accused in the present Crime or not. It seems that crime has been registered long back on 26.07.2024. Considering the fact that the petitioner is pursuing education, the police concerned are directed not to take any coercive steps as against petitioner herein, till the next date of hearing. List the matter before 2nd Vacation Court. In the meantime, prosecution is directed to get instructions in this regard. ______ TMR, J JLV
