The petitioner, Conductor in Piduguralla Depot, APSRTC filed the above writ petition, to declare the impugned proceedings dated 19.06.2018, issued by respondent No.4, punishing the petitioner with deferment of two annual increments for two years with cumulative effect, etc., as illegal and arbitrary. SRS,J W.P.No.4169 of 2025 3. Respondent No.5, by proceedings No.01/1(20)/2016-PDRL dated 15.06.2016 (Ex.P1) has removed the petitioner from service. Against the said proceedings, the petitioner filed an appeal before the Deputy C
