SHAIK KHAJA BASHA The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: The present Writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent, the Waqf board, bearing F.No.21/CTR/K/2007/Z-IV, dated 08.09.2022, appointing the 6th respondent as President of the Waqf Institution, namely the Dilarabad Masjid (Santhapet Masjid) Managing Committee, Santhapet, Chittoor District (5th respondent), without considering the application of the petitioner. Hence, the present Writ Petition. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing counsel for the respondent Nos.2 to 4. 3.
