No.177/B2A, at Kallubavi 2 Village, Adoni Municipality, Kurnool District, the instant Writ Petition has been filed. 3. It is contended that the petitioner has purchased the property through the registered sale deed, bearing D. No.3085/2019 dated 02.03.2019. The said property was neither mortgaged to 4th respondent nor offered as security at any point of time. However, the property was enlisted in the list
