The petitioner, mother of late Raghavendra Yadav, who died in harness while working as Record Assistant in the Government Girls High School, Kurnool, filed the above writ petition to declare the action of respondent 2 authorities in not considering her grand-son to appoint him on compassionate grounds, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. In the affidavit, it is pleaded that the petitioner’s 2nd son late Raghavendra Yadav died on 04.06.2023. The petitioner seems made a representation on 17.11.2024 to consider her grandson (son of her elder son) for appointment
