This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in not regularizing the services of the petitioners even though they are eligible and as agreed and acknowledged by the respondent No.2 as per the agreement dated 09.10.2010 and also as per the action taken report vide proceedings APTDC/Admn/P3/2010/140, dated 14.10.2012, of the respondent No.2. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been working in the 2nd respondent corporation in housekeeping 2 department for the last so many years on contract basis
