The petitioner is challenging the proceedings dated 04.06.2012 issued by the 1st respondent and the orders dated 01.09.2012, passed by the 2nd respondent in the appeal. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said proceedings are in violation of the order of this Court passed -2- W.P. No.33954 of 2012 in W.P. No.14121 of 2009 and batch and seeks a consequential direction to continue the petitioner as Field Assistant with all consequential benefits. 2. The petitioner was selected to the post of Field Assistant in September 2008 and worked in Porumamilla. On 27.04.2012, t
