The Court made the following: ORDER: 1The petitioner is challenging the order of termination vide proceedings No.27/2011/A dated 26.06.2012, issued by the 1st respondent. 2. The petitioner was engaged as Field Assistant on contract basis. While so, the 1st respondent, relying on the evidence of social audit report, issued a show cause notice calling upon the petitioner to explain as to why action should not be taken against her for the misappropriation of an amount of Rs.24,210/-. After considering the explanation of the petitioner, the impugned proceedings were issued terminating the services of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no role as far as misappropriation of funds is concerned, as she does not have
