GP FOR ROADS BUILDINGS (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- “…to issue a writ in the nature of a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction, order or orders decjaring the action of the respondents in interfering with possession and enjoyment by resorting to demolition of their buildings for widening GNT Road as wholly arbitrary, illegal, without any authority of Law and void…” 2. All the petitioners herein are owners and possessors of lands and buildings of diff
