The petitioners were appointed as casual conductors and were also imparted training at the Zonal Staff Training College, Nellore. It is submitted that the respondents have been regularizing the services of casual employees soon after they completed 240 working days, in terms of Regulation 17 of the APSRTC Employees (Recruitment) Regulations. 2 2. It is submitted that the case of the petitioners was not considered and that they are also equally entitled for the regularization of their services. 3.
