OFFICE No. Date ORDER NOTE 01. 10.10.2025 HN,J The learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the interim suspension of her license dated 20.09.2025. The petitioner was served with the show cause notice dated 20.09.2025, calling upon the petitioner to explain the variation in the stock found. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 26.09.2025, the PDS rice of 754 quintals was present even as per the web portal of the Aadhaar-Enabled Public Distribution System maintained by the 1st respondent. As such, the show cause notice would not indicate the actual stock. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for civil supplies submits that, the stock register indicates the available stock in the PDS shop, physical verification revealed a variation of 2,000 kilograms of excess PDS rice. In that regard, the petitioner was called upon to submit an explanation. It is submitted that the entire stock was transferred to the local distribution center.
