The petitioner is challenging the denial of retirement benefits and the pension benefits inspite of the petitioner attained the age of superannuation. 2. The petitioner worked as a Telephone Operator in the respondent and attained the age of superannuation. During the service of the petitioner, the petitioner faced civil proceedings for recovery of amounts and also cases under Section 138 of NI Act. It is alleged by the petitioner that the relatives and some of the colleagues have generated promissory notes and filed civil cases for recovery and also filed several cases against the petitioner. Though there were no orders restrain
