Krishna Mohan) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Santhi Chandra, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. 2. This writ petition is filed questioning the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 25.10.2024, which was written in Hindi language completely. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is unable to understand the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent and inspite of making submissions in English before the said authority, the 1st respondent deliberately passed the impugned proceedings in Hindi language again, which
